When Cash Reserve Actual is within cash reserve thresholds, then this is the calculation:

Equation: Total Cash ($) – Cash Reserves Actual

In all other situations, this is the calculation:

Equation: Total Cash ($) – Cash Reserves Goal

If the account is rebalanced then this field displays the post rebalance amount and takes into consideration proposed buys and sells.
