Cash Substitutes Settings (Accounts)

The Cash Substitutes area allows you to view and create cash substitutes in the account using position traded cash securities.

Cash substitutes are securities you can specify to be considered cash and will count towards the cash reserve amount in the account. Substitutes are treated like cash when monitoring or making allocations within the account. However, unlike cash, substitutes will create a trade when sold.

Cash substitutes at the account level will override global or enterprise cash substitutes.
