Only Buy Existing Holdings Setting
This setting allows you to restrict the buys in an account to only buy securities already held in the account. This setting does not restrict securities from being sold.
Choose from one of the following options:
No. Tamarac Trading will not restrict buys in the account to only existing holdings or to the securities within the model assigned to the account.
Yes. Tamarac Trading will only buy model securities that are currently held in the account. If the account is not holding securities in a Security Level model, then the account is free to buy those securities, even if the securities are not currently held in the account.
