Service Request Updates and Improvements |
Service Requests can be a useful way to manage important changes to your clients' accounts. To make service requests easier to find and use, we made some improvements to how you find and view them.
First, you can find Service Requests on the left navigation, which connects you directly to all service requests, with additional views that let you see all active service requests, your personal service requests, and more.
On this page, you can now use Service Request views and filters to get a comprehensive view.
We improved the way the Current Age and Age By End of Year fields operate so that now these fields populate immediately when you qualify a new lead. Previously, when you qualified a lead, you wouldn't see ages automatically populated in these fields until after one night had passed.
