June 2022 - What's New in Tamarac CRM
In preparation for future address features, you'll notice a new look for how addresses are managed for your clients. As of this release, you'll see that address management has become more streamlined:
With this updated Addresses section, you can see a list of available addresses, add a new address, and choose an address from the list to mark as the Primary address.
We added additional address features to help you manage addresses for the accounts of clients who aren't always living in one location. With the Snow Bird setting, you can automatically change addresses for a client by date, add a recurrence, and automatically update that person's address in Tamarac Reporting.
You'll also see these added settings:
Snow Bird.Enable this feature to automatically update the account's address based on dates you enter. For example, you can enable this feature to use multiple addresses for a client who has different winter and summer addresses.
Address Type.Classify the address with a category such as a second home, home, or business address.
Start Date and End Date.Enter when this address will begin and end being the address assigned to this account.
Recurrence.If applicable, enter how often the address will change, such as a client who visits a second home annually every winter.
