This is only available if your firm has been migrated to Dynamics 365 (Online).
Depending on your permissions in CRM, you may or may not have access to reset your own password or a password for another User.

Uninstall the Dynamics 365 Outlook client (only if you currently have it on your computer)

Once system requirements are met, your IT can set up sever-side synchronization. Detailed information is provided in the links below.
What can Server-Side Synchronization Do?

Provides direct Microsoft Dynamics 365-to-email server synchronization

Bi-directional sync of Email, Contacts, Tasks & Appointments

Will synchronize using Outlook, Webmail, Tablet or Smartphone

Sync Frequency:
Dynamic & unique for each user
Algorithm syncs based on email messages/activity within a mailbox
Sync can occur from every 2 minutes for active mailboxes to every 12 minutes for less active mailboxes
