Charts
Tamarac CRM gives you the ability to aggregate client information across Tamarac CRM with charts.
Combined with your views, charts give you a picture of your client and/or lead information that help you see what's going on in your firm and enable you to take action. For example, you can quickly generate a chart showing all the states where your clients live for compliance purposes.
Charts and views are dynamic. Any time a new client or lead is added, your chart and related views will automatically refresh to display most current information.
Charts can be applied to any View you've selected for an entity.
All Charts in CRM are personal unless they are shared. If you've created a Chart that you need to share with other members of your team, you can do so by following these steps:
Click the towards the top right of the Chart.
Click the Share button.
Click Add User/Team and search for the User you want to share this View with.
Give them at least Read and Share access so they can view this Chart and can share it with others or unshare it with themselves.
