Instructions

There are two different types of JP Morgan accounts that we have feed options for: JPM Private Bank and JPM Securities. Confirm with JP Morgan if the types of accounts you have are compatible with either of these options. The instructions below cover establishing a new JP Morgan Private Bank feed and JP Morgan Securities feed:

JP Morgan Private Bank

Your firm will need to reach out to the DATAG Team Mailbox via datag.team.mailbox@jpmchase.com to request the appropriate LOA and request the feed and accounts be added to the Envestnet feed.

• Account numbers for JPM Private Bank will follow one of the following formats: A12345678, 241xxxxx, 242xxxxx, 361xxxxx

Notes from Tamarac

Contact the Tamarac Data Aggregation Team once JP Morgan Private Bank processes your request and provide the list of account numbers in a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet.

JP Morgan Securities

This feed is for JPM Security accounts ONLY. Your firm will need to contact JP Morgan via jpms.data.feeds@jpmorgan.com and provide them with the list of account numbers and request the feed and accounts be added to the Envestnet feed.

Notes from Tamarac

Notify the Tamarac Data Aggregation Team once the LOA is approved and send the team the unique file prefix that JMP created for your firm along with a list of account numbers in a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet.
Once the Data Aggregation team receives the prefix and account information, they will begin internal processes and post accounts.

• Note: JPM tends to have longer wait times than other custodians

• UMP Auto claim available: Yes. Future accounts should automatically post once the initial feed is created. Please reach out to the Data Aggregation Team if the expected accounts are not visible after three business days.
