Cash Flow Adjustment
This setting allows you to choose the cash flow adjustment method you want to use. Your choices are:
Value on day of flow.In this method, prorations are billed forward. Tamarac Reporting determines the exact account value before the flow and then adds deposits and subtracts withdrawals. This is the more accurate method, but it depends on daily pricing data to compute accurate account values.
You can use Value on day of flow to calculate value on day of flow for more accurate category billing cash flow adjustment information.
Adjusted Beginning/Ending Value.Using this method, the account's value is first approximated by taking the billable value of the account, and then it's modified by applying any prorations in reverse chronological order.
