Description (Service Teams)

This service teams setting, sometimes called Team Description, allows you to optionally add a description for your firm's service teams. The Description field is available when you create or edit a service team. It is not client-facing and can be used to add in additional information that would be helpful to differentiate it from other tiles used in your firm.

Assign a service team at the Household level on the Service Teams tab. The service team assigned to the primary Household propagates down to all groups and accounts for within the Household.
