Minimum Fee and Description

This setting allows you to specify a minimum fee for the billing definition. This value is used if the calculated amount for fees is less than the minimum fee. If you do not want a minimum fee or if you want to include negative fees in your minimum, clear the Minimum fee field.

If you specify a minimum fee amount, you can include an explanation on the billing statement. To include an explanation, type a description for the minimum fee amount in the Description box. The description you enter will print on the billing statement.

If you do not add a description for the minimum fee amount, Tamarac Reporting will add the following text next to the fee on the billing statement:
