User Description

Use this service teams setting to type a long description for the generic user. This description appears on the Generic Users tab to help explain what the generic user was created for and who it applies to. For example, a firm creates a CSA - All generic user. They use the User Description to clarify that it's intended to send an email to all the CSAs in the firm.
