Introduction

Once you’ve established Tamarac UMAs, you administer them on the Envestnet platform. You can:

Create new proposals, review TUMA proposals, and modify existing proposals.
Build and maintain UMA models.
Request to trade TUMAs.

This topic provides information about how you can manage Tamarac UMAs once you've established them.

Manage TUMA Proposals

To see your TUMA proposals, start a new one, or make a strategy modification:

In Tamarac: On Accounts, under Envestnet, select Proposals.

In Envestnet: On your Envestnet Desktop, select Proposals.

Build and Maintain UMA Models

To build and maintain UMA models, from your Envestnet Desktop, select Manage, then select Advisor Models.

Find UMA Products

The Envestnet Research Center provides detailed information about products to help you identify and select Envestnet UMA products for TUMAs.

To access the Research Center, from your Envestnet Desktop, select Research.

Request to Trade or Maintain TUMAs

When your TUMA accounts need trading and maintenance, you submit a service request on the Envestnet platform.

From Tamarac: To access Envestnet Service Requests directly from the Tamarac platform, in Accounts, under Envestnet, select Service Requests.

From Envestnet: To access Envestnet Service Requests when you're already on the Envestnet platform, select one of the Service Request options from your Envestnet Desktop.
