Identify who placed a trade on hold

To enhance operational transparency and accountability, we’ve added the Trade Held By column to the Trades on Hold page. This new column displays the first and last name of the user that placed a trade on hold, and it’s visible to all users who view the Trades on Hold page.

This information empowers teams to identify who placed a trade on hold, strengthens internal review processes, and improves audit and compliance support.

You’ll also find the new column in the following places:

How it works

The value in Trade Held By changes when a new user adds or modifies a trade hold in Tamarac Trading. To preserve the original actor, the value won’t change when users act on a trade hold from the Trades on Hold page. You won’t see values in Trade Held By for trades placed on hold prior to the deployment of this column as an enhancement.

For more common scenarios with the expected results, see Trade Held By.
