Use this upload setting to indicate how you want to add the data to the upload. You can choose:

• File: Select File to attach a .txt or .csv file containing the data.
• Copy & Paste: Select Copy & Paste to copy data from a spreadsheet or file and paste it into the Copy & Paste box.
