Description (Post from FTP)

Use this document posting setting to enter a description for the file. This communicates to your client the nature of the posted document. This text is fully searchable.

While the description is optional, it is important to provide context about the purpose of the document. Your client may see a large number of documents posted, and it's important for them to know what exactly it is and why you posted it.

Post from the Accounts Page

When you post a file from the Accounts page, this field is called File description.
