Include Only: Active/Deactivated Snapshots
Use this setting to filter a manual security snapshot bulk report or page view to show active snapshots, deactivated snapshots, or both. It is based on the Active check box configuration on the manual security snapshot. For example, when Active is selected on the manual security snapshot, the bulk report includes that snapshot when you choose Active snapshots.
The examples below show results for bulk reports, but page views work the same way.
The bulk report includes only snapshots with Active selected. In the example below, the firm had two accounts with a number of snapshots marked Active.
The bulk report includes only snapshots with Active cleared, which deactivates the snapshot. In the example below, the firm had an account with one snapshot deactivated.
The bulk report includes all snapshots, regardless of Active selection. In the example below, you can see the deactivated snapshot from 10/2/2019 displayed among the active snapshots.
