Reset to Template

This setting inserts every data field available for a specific upload data set, along with two rows of sample data. It overwrites any data you have already pasted into the box.

Use link if you want to get a list of all the available data points for your upload data set.

You'll see the Reset to Template link when you set the Data source to Copy & Paste.
