Security 13F Fields

To support upcoming 13F reporting, you can view quarterly 13F-related information for individual securities on the 13F tab of individual securities. The 13F doesn't contain editable fields but pulls in information from the SEC related to 13F reporting. This tab lets you audit individual securities for this information, while the Section 13F Holdings and Section 13F Security List bulk reports allow you to view this information on a larger scale, for multiple securities.

Here are the fields you'll see on the 13F tab:

• Year/Quarter shows the specific quarter for the security information. The 13F tab shows this information for the past 8 quarters.

• Issuer Name is the name of the issuer as provided by the SEC.

• Issuer Description is a description of the class of the listed security such as a put, a call, common stock, etc.

• Has Listed Options shows Yes if the security has associated options, No if it doesn't.

• 13F CUSIP is the CUSIP designated by the SEC for 13F reporting.
