Available Column Filters
When you edit a view on the Aggregated Accounts page or Rebalance page, you can preset filters for specific columns in your saved view. This way, whenever you apply that saved view, the column you filtered will always be filtered with the specific criteria you applied. You can also apply filters to columns on the fly when you're looking at the view if you need to quickly narrow down results.
This page provides details about all the different types of column filtering available. For more information about preset columns, see Configure Preset Column Filters in Page Views.
Filter the page by the text you type in the column filter. Type in one or more letters to see only accounts that contain those letters. This filter displays accounts with the letters or words anywhere in the name. For example, if you filter for ab, you'll see accounts named Revocable as well as Abbey.
This filter also applies to number ranges. Type in one or more numbers to see only account numbers that contain the value entered. For example, if you filter for 999, you'll see accounts numbered 12399945 as well as 999-1234.
Select any options to filter the page to only contain the selected values.
(Select All) selects all the check boxes.
Filter the page to only contain the date range you specify in this filter.
Use the filter on values columns to see only accounts between a minimum and a maximum value that you choose. For example, find accounts with values between $1,000,000 and $1,500,000.
