Email Address (PDF scheduler)
Use this PDF report generation setting to add the email address of one or more firm users to the Email Address field. The system sends an email notification to those addresses only if the scheduled PDF generation job fails.
You'll see this option everywhere you generate PDF reports:
Manual PDF generation on the Accounts and Rebalance pages. The system remembers the email addresses you enter for that schedule when you set email notifications up for a scheduled PDF generation.
Scheduled PDF generation. You add the email address(es) each time you manually generate a PDF report.
