Enable Read-Only Documents Page

Use Enable read-only Documents page in the new client portal Configuration Tool to create a view-only Documents page experience.

Your options are:

• Cleared. This is the default. Clients have full access to manage documents and folders on the Documents page. They can:

  • View, rename, or delete documents.

  • Upload and download documents.

• Selected. Clients can view and download documents that you share. They cannot:

  • Upload new documents.

  • Create new folders.

  • Move, rename, or delete files.
