Enable Read-Only Documents Page
Use Enable read-only Documents page in the new client portal Configuration Tool to create a view-only Documents page experience.
Your options are:
Cleared. This is the default. Clients have full access to manage documents and folders on the Documents page. They can:
View, rename, or delete documents.
Upload and download documents.
Selected. Clients can view and download documents that you share. They cannot:
Upload new documents.
Create new folders.
Move, rename, or delete files.
