Only Include Accounts and/or Groups Enabled for Rebalancing

Use this bulk report setting to include or exclude accounts or groups not enabled for rebalancing from bulk reports. This setting works with Include Accounts, Groups, and Underlying Accounts so you can control what accounts or groups are included in bulk reports.

Find this setting on the Set Additional Options tab in the Account Security Information bulk report.

You can choose:

• Selected. When selected, the bulk report excludes accounts or groups not enabled for rebalancing.

  For example, if you include Accounts, Groups, and Underlying Accounts and select Only include accounts and/or groups enabled for rebalancing, the output in the bulk report includes all selected individual accounts, groups, and the direct member accounts in the selected rebalancing groups.

• Cleared. When cleared, the bulk report includes accounts or groups not enabled for rebalancing.

  For example, if you include Accounts, Groups, and Underlying Accounts and clear Only include accounts and/or groups enabled for rebalancing, the output in the bulk report includes all selected individual accounts, groups, and the direct member accounts for all the selected accounts or groups, regardless of rebalance status.
