Show Last X Documents That Were Posted By/To Me

Use this Reporting dashboard setting to configure what document vault files you see in the Documents widget.

In the number list, select how many documents you want to see listed. You can choose:

• 10

• 25

• 50

In the posted list, filter the documents listed by who did the posting. You can choose:

• Posted by or posted to me. See a list of all the files visible to you in the document vault, from most to least recent.

  In this example, the user sees a number of PDF reports listed that they had recently generated. They also see global files posted by other firm users.

  

• Posted to me. See only files posted by a client who is in the account set your user is assigned to.

  In this example, no clients in the user's account set had posted documents.

  

• Posted by me. See only files you have posted to the document vault.

  In this example, the users sees only files in the document vault that they posted or generated.
