Title (Client Views)

On client views pages, reports, and dashboard tiles, you have two fields for labeling a dashboard tile: Name and Title. Clients can see the Title. This setting allows you to set what title you want clients to see for the page, report, or tile. The title field does not have to be unique. Titles must be 20 characters or fewer.

You have several different portal tiles that display information related to performance. On one of the tiles, you have yearly date periods and on the other you have quarterly date periods.

• Use the Name field to create internal-facing names that differentiate the tiles. For example, one of the tiles 2016 Q1 - Q3 Quarterly Performance Tile and the other 2016 Yearly Performance Tile.

  

• Use the Title field to create the client-facing title for each of the different dashboard tiles: Performance. You can title as many dashboard tiles with the same title as you want.

The Title is set to Service Team Members. On the client portal, the page is labeled Service Team Members.
