Introduction

Use the default Incoming Deposit service request in Tamarac CRM to track incoming deposits and assign follow-up work associated with the deposit.

After you submit the service request, CRM creates the appropriate follow-up tasks based on what you enter in the request.

This article covers steps to submit the default Incoming Deposit service request.

Note

If your firm customized the default service request configuration, the fields available in Incoming Deposit may differ.

This default service request supports both legacy Dynamics 365 workflows and Power Automate flows. The automation used by your firm depends on your configuration.
