Add Liability

This button, available on the Households Assets/Liabilities tab, allows you to manually add external liabilities that you want reflected in the Household's net worth. For example, you might add clients' mortgages, vehicle loans, or personal loans.

When you click Add Liability, the Add Liability dialog lets you edit the settings on the Liability Details and Balance History tabs.

Liability Details Tab

• Choose Liability Type

• Ownership Type

• Net Worth Category

• Description

• Primary Owner

• Tax Status

Balance History Tab

• Balance As Of Date

• Value / Balance
