Header and Footer (PDF General Settings)

This PDF template setting allows you to assign a header and footer to all the report sections included in the template.

This is the header and footer applied when the header and footer is set to <Use template header and footer> for individual report sections. You can assign a different header and footer to individual report sections using Header and Footer in PDF.
