Send an Email to the Clients

Use this document posting setting to notify clients with an email when you post a file in their document vault. Select Send an email to the clients if you want clients to receive an email announcement along with the posted document. This check box is cleared by default.

Post from the Accounts Page

When you post a file from the Accounts page, this field is called Send notification email to users.
