Show Account/Asset/Liability Detail

Use this Net Worth report setting to choose whether or not to show details about the assets and liabilities on the dynamic and PDF versions of the report. Details displayed include the name of each asset or liability and the values, as well as financial account names, numbers, and values.

You can choose:

• Selected.To drill down into exactly what accounts contribute to assets and liabilities, select Show Account/Asset/Liability Detail.

  In this example, report grouping categories are shown with account details.

  

• Cleared. For a higher-level overview that only includes totals, clear Show Account/Asset/Liability Detail.

  If you choose not to show account and liability detail, we suggest you select Show Subtotals for report groupings.

  

  In this example, report grouping categories are shown without any account details and Show subtotals is selected.
