Introduction

Tamarac CRM has deep integration with Tamarac Reporting and Tamarac Trading. In addition to single sign-on access, integration refers to the automatic updating of information between products. Changes made in one system will flow through to the other system, saving you time while reducing redundancies and potential discrepancies.

With this integration you can:

• Create Households and Clients in Tamarac Reporting from Tamarac CRM

• View detailed financial account information from Tamarac Reporting

• View and modify Household and client information in Tamarac CRM or Tamarac reporting and instantly sync the changes between them

• Automatically assign financial accounts to a Household in Tamarac CRM from Tamarac Reporting

• View Saved Search results from Tamarac Reporting in Tamarac CRM

• Track events that occur in Tamarac Reporting or Tamarac Trading in Tamarac CRM

• Contextually single sign-on from Tamarac CRM To Tamarac Reporting

Sync Frequency

The following table shows what sync occurs with Tamarac CRM and when:

Bi-directional Integration

Tamarac CRM and Tamarac Reporting can update data bi-directionally for records that are linked. In Tamarac CRM, you can link Households and Contacts with Tamarac Reporting. The following data will update immediately for linked records.

Household Field Updates

• Name

• Address 1

• State of Primary Residence

Contact Field Updates

• Name

• Email Address

• Birthdate

Record Creation and Updates

Tamarac CRM syncs with Tamarac Reporting during the daily sync with your portfolio accounting data. The sync will update the following information in Tamarac CRM:

• Create new financial accounts

• Create new Reporting and Rebalancing Groups

• Update financial data for existing financial accounts

• Update financial data for existing Reporting and Rebalancing Groups

If your firm has enabled Household integration, financial accounts and groups will be automatically assigned to a Household for any Households that are linked. If your firm has not enabled Household integration, you will want to monitor the Tamarac Reporting – No Associated Household view in CRM.
