Introduction
Tamarac CRM has deep integration with Tamarac Reporting and Tamarac Trading. In addition to single sign-on access, integration refers to the automatic updating of information between products. Changes made in one system will flow through to the other system, saving you time while reducing redundancies and potential discrepancies.

Bi-directional Integration
Tamarac CRM and Tamarac Reporting can update data bi-directionally for records and custom fields that are linked. In Tamarac CRM, you can link Households and Contacts with Tamarac Reporting. If your firm uses custom fields, you can additionally map those fields on Households, accounts, and groups in Tamarac Reporting over to Tamarac CRM. The following data will update immediately for linked records and mapped custom fields:

Record Creation and Updates
Tamarac CRM syncs with Tamarac Reporting during the daily sync with your portfolio accounting data. The sync will update the following information in Tamarac CRM:

Create new financial accounts

Create new Reporting and Rebalancing Groups

Update financial data for existing financial accounts

Update financial data for existing Reporting and Rebalancing Groups
If your firm has enabled Household integration, financial accounts and groups will be automatically assigned to a Household for any Households that are linked. If your firm has not enabled Household integration, you will want to monitor the Tamarac Reporting – No Associated Household view in CRM.
