Reports
Some of these reports are only available in Tamarac CRM for Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Reports are built based off Advanced Finds that have been previously created. They have all the functionality of an Advanced Find but also have the ability to group by and sum certain fields. You can also add a chart to a report if you want to visually display the results of your report.
Tamarac CRM contains many system reports that allow you to quickly bring up an overview or a specific list of information, like active clients.
System Reports in Tamarac CRM are not editable by any User.

These 3 individual Reports display all Activities for each Account, Lead, or Family in CRM. You can use filters such as Activity Status, Date, and Owner to filter for specific Activities. |
Beneficiary | The Beneficiary report shows you the beneficiary data across all Accounts, Financial Accounts, and Trusts across your firm. This information makes it easier to identify records that have no beneficiary assigned so you can prepare for meetings with your client. |
Beneficiary by Account | The Beneficiary by Account report shows you the beneficiary data for a specific Account in CRM. |
Birthday | The Birthday report displays the birthday of all Active Contacts in CRM. You can view birthdays for all months or filter for a specific month. |
Business Development Summary | The Business Development Summary report gives you an overview of all the leads and opportunities in Tamarac CRM. You can run this report to track the progress on your leads and opportunities throughout your firm. The report can also be filtered to give you an overview of the business development efforts based on specific criteria such as primary advisor, stage, or rating. Client Profile Report | The Client Profile report gives you at-a-glance information about your client. It is the easiest way to get a snapshot of key client data and prepare for review meetings. Using the Client Profile report, you can quickly find information including revenue, compliance notes, important milestones, financial account information, referral information, and recent activities. COI Profile | Referrals are often one of, if not the only, source of new business for many RIAs. We define contacts that provide referrals as COIs or centers of influence. You can identify someone as a COI by checking the COI box on their contact in Tamarac CRM. However, someone with potential to be a COI may end up not fulfilling that promise or the opposite may happen, and some unrecognized contacts may actually be very influential to your business development. The COI Profile report allows you to see who is actually helping drive in business along with some other important metrics. Click here to learn more about the COI Profile Report. |
RMD | After a client reaches age 72 or inherits an IRA, he or she is generally required by federal tax law to withdraw a minimum amount from a retirement savings plan each year. The RMD Planning report will help you identify who will need to take a RMD, as well as provide information needed to calculate the correct distribution amounts using the information available in Tamarac CRM. User Summary | Keep user information up to date by running a User Summary report. This report provides a list of all your Users, including their contact information and security role in Dynamics CRM. |
In addition to the System Reports Tamarac has provided, you can create your own Custom reports in Tamarac CRM.
All Reports in Dynamics CRM can be seen and edited by all Users regardless of security roles or sharing; however, you do need a specific security role to have access to create a new report.
