When creating a tiered fee schedule, Dollar Range End allows you to enter the upper range for a particular tier.
For example, your custodian charges a $5 flat fee for transactions up to $5,000 and a $3 fee for transactions over $5,000.
When setting up that fee schedule, you click Add Tier and Dollar Range End appears. This allows you to add the upper end of tier—in this case, $5,000.
