In Tamarac Reporting, you have the ability to designate some securities as cash securities. You control how you want performance for those securities displayed using the Cash Settings page. For these securities, you can choose to have the Position Performance report show or hide them.
You might want to use the Exclude option if your firm feels that reporting performance on cash securities is not desirable. If your firm doesn't feel reporting cash performance is desirable, you can exclude those securities from the Position Performance report.
To include securities designated as cash, clear the Exclude all securities added to the Cash Settings page check box.
For example, this report, which is grouped by security type, includes securities designated as cash.
To exclude all securities designated as cash, select the Exclude all securities added to the Cash Settings page check box.

To include securities designated as cash, clear the Exclude all securities added to the Cash Settings page check box.
In this example, cash securities are included in the report in their own section.
