Introduction

If the PDF template you want to delete is assigned as a default template in an account, reassign default templates for all accounts that use it. You can do this using multi-edit on the Accounts page or in bulk with an Account Information upload.

This is step two in the Delete a PDF Template workflow.

Use Multi-Edit to Reassign a Default PDF Templates

  1. On the Accounts page, select the check boxes next to the accounts you want to change.

  2. From the Actions list, choose Edit.

  3. Click Reporting to open the Report Settings panel.

  4. In the Default Templates section, choose the desired template from the list.

  5. Click Save.

Use Upload to Reassign a Default PDF Template

  1. Edit the bulk report you exported to include the desired PDF template assignments. For more information on that bulk report, see Determine if a PDF Template is Assigned as a Default.

  2. Go to Setup and, under Data Management, click Upload.

  3. On the Uploads page, from the Add an upload data set list, choose Account Information.

  4. Upload the edited data from the bulk report. For more information on uploads, see Understanding Bulk Data Uploads.
