See MoneyGuide Financial Plan Reports in the Document Vault

The MoneyGuide integration allows you to sync PDF reports from MoneyGuide to the Tamarac document vault for advisors and, if you add a document vault to client views, for your clients. Sharing MoneyGuide financial reports in the Tamarac document vault lets you and your clients can save time, reduce number of logins, and feel confident in file security.
The files you and your clients see in the document vault are copies stored in Tamarac. They aren't linked to MoneyGuide after being posted.
The general process for posting looks like this:

Before you can post files directly from MoneyGuide to the Tamarac document vault for you and your clients, complete the following:
Your firm must have the MoneyGuide integration enabled and configured. For more information, see Workflow: Set Up the MoneyGuide Integration.
The Household must have a primary advisor assigned in Tamarac.
Clients must be assigned a client status of Primary or Secondary in Tamarac.
The client view assigned to clients must include a document vault.
To save a copy of a MoneyGuide financial plan PDF report in the Tamarac document vault:
In MoneyGuide, configure the report settings as desired.
Under Report Printing, in Report Name, enter the name you want for the file. This is the file name clients will see in the Tamarac document vault.
Click Create & Save to History.
In Tamarac, a copy of the PDF file generated is automatically saved in the Financial Plans folder in:
The advisor document vault.The Posted By column reflects the Household's primary advisor who is associated with the MoneyGuide account that generated the report.
The client portal document vault.The document from MoneyGuide is posted to the associated client in Tamarac.
When a new plan comes from MoneyGuide, the client sees a document vault notification badge next time they log in to their portal. Clients do not receive an email notification when a new MoneyGuide file is saved into their document vault.
Once you've sent a MoneyGuide report to the Tamarac document vault, you can manage it the same way you would any other document vault file.
In the document vault, you can complete a variety of actions, including:
Upload, download, edit, delete, and share files
Preview document vault files
Organize files using folders and labels
Confirm and control client access to files
Filter and sort the files displayed

Tamarac automatically creates a Financial Plans folder in your and your clients' document vault for all firms using the MoneyGuide integration. It saves all MoneyGuide reports into this folder initially.
You can:
Rename the folder.
Reorder the folder.
Move files automatically saved into that folder to another folder.
You cannot delete this folder because Tamarac saves all MoneyGuide reports into that folder.
If your firm already has a folder called Financial Plans, the MoneyGuide folder will be called Financial Plans (1).
Files can only be assigned to one folder at a time. However, there is no limit to how many labels you apply.
Clients will see only folders and labels applied to files in their document vault.
