Introduction

Billing definitions are the foundation of Tamarac’s powerful billing engine. Billing definitions define the billing method (arrears or in advance), the billing cycle, prorations, rate tiers, adjustments, minimum fees, service tax amounts, and more.

This page discusses the settings available when you create a new billing definition.

General Tab

The billing definition General tab allows you to configure basic information about the billing definition such as the billing cycle, minimum fee, etc.

The following settings are available under the General tab.

Prorations Tab
